Your mail keeps flowing through Bento. Tatami only reads the events it reports.

Trace every Bento problem to its cause.

Bento handles the workflows behind your customer email. Tatami adds a dedicated place to investigate the delivery outcomes those sends produce. Connect Bento's Tatami tracking webhook to review delivery problems with the campaign and message context supplied by your sending infrastructure, helping your team investigate affected traffic as it arrives.

Fix problems before customers notice.

Tatami explains each bounce, watches your IPs and domains, and tells your team when something breaks.

Questions about monitoring Bento.

Where do I connect Bento to Tatami?

Add a Bento source in Tatami, then open System, Deliverability, and Tatami in your Bento account. Save the source's webhook URL in the Tracking Webhook field. If you need help locating or enabling the setting, contact Bento support.

Do I need to build a Bento workflow webhook for every email?

Use Bento's Tatami Tracking Webhook setting for this connection. It forwards delivery tracking from the sending infrastructure. A generic Send webhook action in a Bento workflow serves a different purpose and does not automatically provide delivery outcomes.

Does a delivered Bento email mean it reached the inbox?

No. A delivery event means the receiving mail server accepted the message. It does not confirm whether it reached the inbox or spam folder. Tatami monitors the delivery events you send, bounce reasons, and sender reputation to help you investigate deliverability issues; it does not measure inbox placement.

Providers are unlimited on every plan. Connect the rest of your email stack the same way.
