In SendGrid Mail Settings, configure the Event Webhook with the Tatami URL. Enable delivered, bounce, deferred, dropped, spamreport, and unsubscribe events, then save the webhook.
Send a test message and confirm a retained delivery event appears in Tatami. Check the webhook configuration for each subuser whose traffic you want included.
